I’m a freelance user researcher and delivery lead. I specialise in designing and delivering secure user research infrastructure, such as labs, panels, archives and the like, and all the workflows that exist around them.
I’m most often hired as an internal entrepreneur of sorts: I’m known for thinking outside the box, forming spontaneous teams, bending rules and getting stuff done properly.
I’m a content person, too. I do the odd editing job for A Book Apart and other publishers.
I’ve worked with government, broadcasters, global corporations, ecommerce companies, teacher training organisations, not-for-profits, funding agencies, design agencies, startups, universities, and small businesses. As long as I’ve got a conundrum to sink my teeth into, and the cause is good, I’ll work pretty much anywhere.
